Web and phone

Everything can be done in a web browser on your computer. The phone app covers the everyday tasks: expenses with photos of receipts, leave, hours and notifications. Each page in this guide gives the browser steps first, then a short On your phone part. Where the phone cannot do something yet, the page says so.

Your screens may look slightly different

Your organisation decides which parts of Loom it uses. If a menu in this guide is missing for you, your organisation has not switched that part on. Ask your administrator if you think you need it.
